Women's Therapy Group: Self-Care

In partnership with FBC and Community Counseling Associates, licensed therapist Sara Dorsey will be hosting two three-week group coaching classes in the Spring. This women's therapy group is to encourage women towards self-understanding, self-acceptance, and relational growth. The group will meet on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 pm in the FBC Fireside Room.

The course consists of two 3-session series: Cost $75 per series

-Self-care (4/19, 4/26, 5/3) - including self-care, stress management, mindfulness, and self-esteem (from a Christian point of view)
