Lighthouse High School Winter Retreat

COST: Due to a very generous donation this year we are able to offer a special rate for retreat! The idea of the donation is to help students and their friends get to things like retreat at a lower cost. So the base price for retreat this year will be $99. If you are able/want to pay what the normal cost would be, $199, you can do so as that will be an option in the ticket selection. As always partial camperships are available - talk to Jeff.

LOCATION: We are staying at an large Airbnb cabin in Tahoma (near Tahoe City on Lake Tahoe). Address will be provided to parents/guardians after registration.

LOGISTICS: We will be meeting at a location TBD (FBC or somehwere on the east side of town to avoid some traffic) as soon as possible after school on Friday (3:30-4pm) and returning around 2- 3:30pm on Sunday.

LIABILITY FORMS: ***Required to attend*** Upon registering your child(ren), Jeff will email you any liability form that needs to be signed and returned to Jeff, at or before check in.

Shoes/gloves/hats/clothes for the snow or rain

Clothes for 3 days and 2 nights

Flashlight

Camera

Snack for car ride on Friday

Money for lunch on Sunday 

Bible, pen, and notebook or journal

DO NOT BRING: weapons, alcohol, drugs or anything else illegal.

NO PHONES, this is a new policy as we have had some issues on previous trips. Your student can bring a camera if they want to take pictures, but also our leaders will take plenty of pictures. Bibles will be provided and a notebook is encouraged to be brought, so no need for phones for that. Embrace the gift of the retreat and focus on God and the people you are with! Leaders will confiscate phones that are being used and Jeff will return them on Sunday afternoon. The adults on the trip will have phones for texting parents our ETA on Sunday and if you need to contact us.
