Celebrate Easter Sunday at FBC Davis

Join us at First Baptist Church in Davis as we celebrate the hope, joy, and new life of the Resurrection on Easter Sunday 2026. Whether you are a long-time member of our community or visiting for the first time, we invite you to experience a morning of powerful worship, biblical teaching, and warm fellowship.

Easter Morning Schedule

We are offering two identical worship services to accommodate our community:

• 9:00 AM – Early Worship Service (Worship Center)

• 10:00 AM – Community Easter Brunch (Fellowship Hall/Courtyard)

• 11:00 AM – Second Worship Service (Worship Center)

Note: Our Kids Sunday school classes will only be held during the 11:00 AM service. We encourage families attending at 9:00 AM to worship together in the main service.

Special Easter Traditions

The Courtyard Flower Cross

One of our favorite traditions is the transformation of the Flower Cross. We invite you to bring a fresh flower from your garden to place on the cross in the courtyard (we will have flowers available too). Together, we watch as a symbol of sacrifice is transformed into a beautiful, living celebration of life.

Easter Brunch & Fellowship

Between services, around 10:00 AM, join us for Easter Brunch. This is a wonderful time to connect with neighbors, enjoy a cup of coffee, and share in the joy of Jesus' resurrection.

What to Expect at FBC Davis

If this is your first time visiting us, here is what you can look forward to:

• A Warm Welcome: Look for our Welcome Team in the courtyard. They look forward to helping direct you and helping check children into their classes.

• Casual Atmosphere: There is no dress code at FBC Davis. You’ll see everything from "Easter best" to casual jeans. Come as you are!

• Engaging Kids Programs: Our FBC Kids program (at the 11 am service) provides a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment for children to learn about Jesus.

• Location: We are located at 38141 Russell Blvd, Davis, CA 95616, on the West side of town, just a few minutes from UC Davis.

Easter Sunday is the pinnacle of our celebration, but the journey starts earlier. We invite you to join us for our other Holy Week events:
